Our refund and return policy is pretty easy, and straight forward to understand.
We’ll accept returns within 30 days of your purchase for any reason for any product as long as the product is in its original packing and unused.
To start your return, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your complete name as listed on your order, order confirmation number along with any comments, info, etc. As soon as we receive your return request, we will review and respond back to you within 24-hours with a resolution.
Once your return is received, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your return has been processed, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check check your bank/credit card account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted because all bank and financial institutions have processing time before a refund is posted.

We’ll be happy to replace any item if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request for an exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name on the order along with your order confirmation, and include any information so we can process your exchange.
Upon purchasing a gift card, it will automatically be sent to your designated recipient. Gift cards can be used directly on our website and they never expire! Unfortunately once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned/refunded, it can only be redeemed.
